In 250 words or more answer the following questions:
How would you compare and contrast the Amish and Jehovah Witness approach to religion, society, and politics? Should the government (e.g., politicians, judges) and medical workers(e.g., doctors, nurses) respect the wishes of Jehovah Witness patients who refuse blood transfusions for themselves and their underage children if they need the procedure to live from your point of view? In theory, or as a hypothetical question, could you ever see yourself choosing between your faith and your family? Faith here may mean a ‘secular faith’ as opposed to simply a ‘religious faith.’
