Hello All, i am applying for the Master’s program in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and I need to do 3 Short essays.1- Personal Statement ( 2 pages ): Please provide a statement outlining your immediate educational and long-range career objectives in relation to your chosen field. You may also wish to include other information, such as an undergraduate research experience, internships, or other experiences you may have had to document your preparation for advanced study in your chosen field. 2- Diversity Statement ( 1 page ), which is explained on the website here(when you click the plus by “Diversity Statement”).  It’s basically just asking for what perspective you bring into the classroom to enrich our discussions and understanding of the world. 3- submit an essay that demonstrates your academic readiness for the program ( 1 page ), that is also available on the same web site, but I copied the language on the email above and here: “For those students who are not submitting GRE or GMAT scores, you will need to include an additional essay in your application that demonstrates your academic readiness for our program. Key elements to highlight include recent coursework in a relevant field (e.g., performance in microeconomics, business administration, or industrial/organizational psychology courses); a summary of work in a previous job that would be especially relevant for demonstrating experience with industry research, ongoing professional development, and/or quantitative work in your field; or any other information that demonstrates academic achievement or potential in the field of human resources.”. i will upload my CV to use to relate some of my experience that i have so far for the above essays the I will use to apply, also you may mention”Project 24, Processes, Analysis, and improvements” for my senior business Capstone Class at Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. “Professor Renata Mayrhofer “December 10, 2019.
