In this scenario goes to show that the educator, “baseball coach” it is not thinking appropriately about the deal for the uniforms, he clearly its thinking what his needs would be instead of the sporting uniforms for the school team. Reading the Model Code of Ethics, going through the list it states correctly about the “Professional Conduct,” in which the educator needs to comply with demonstrating positive behaviors that follow how he presence himself and having responsible, leadership towards the school he works at. He needs to reflect on the type of instructional actions and decision that it’s better for the school benefit. The school coach needs to bring this information to another school colleague, or even the principal to make the correct choice for the profit of the school team and collaborating with “Honesty” can have a true honest heart about the making decision for the school team would enforce good behaviors as educators and that is what modeling truthfulness can overcome any negative decision that an educator might be faced with. “Professional behavior for educators is often defined as the process in which an individual engages while making ethical or moral decisions regarding dilemmas that occur as part of the act of teaching” (Stoddard, 2006).
