Changes in Management
The planning phase will change most significantly during the next ten years. Reilly (2011) states, “Planning is a systematic process where managers make decisions about future activities and the main objectives that the organization will pursue.” Directors will eventually need to plan due to quick and constant modifications in politically conscious, communal, monetary, industrial, and reasonable inclinations. If executives want to maintain the company’s positive outlook, they must use the tools to foresee prospective developments in these fields.
The leading step, in my opinion, will undergo the least amount of alteration. Reilly (2011) states, “In a business context, leadership consists of all activities to help people achieve the highest level of performance.” I anticipate a few things to alter during the process because the fundamentals of leading, despite market preferences, remain the same. The person or group in charge of the organization will continue to play a crucial role in motivating, inspiring, and ensuring that the workers always give it their all (Reilly, 2011).
