As I mentioned earlier this week, our first unit will focus on education. In this article, “Learning to Read,” Malcolm X reflects on his experience with reading, a big component of education.
Please read the article carefully. If it helps, and you have the ability, feel free to print and annotate it. If not, I suggest taking notes as you read.
