You will create an evaluation strategy for a scenario at your current place of employment. You are welcome to use the same scenario you are using for your Design Plan Project and/or the scenario you used for your Needs Analysis Assignment. Your strategy should include a complete plan including actual survey questions and descriptions for how students will be assessed.
Pay special attention to the template and example provided on the Resources tab. You will be able to reuse much of this assignment for your design plan project, but we are expecting a more complete and detailed plan here than that of your design plan project.
Specifically for this assignment, you will…
Develop a plan for formative and summative evaluation of the training project you are developing.
Include actual survey questions (formative evaluation of the design) and descriptions for how students will be assessed (summative evaluation of the students).
Please use Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Evaluation Model.
Since you have not implemented your instruction/training, please provide a plan for evaluating levels that occur during and after implementation.

Remember to use measurable outcomes in your evaluation and avoid Yes/No type questions.
